Advanced Laboratory Panel

Disease prevention begins with understanding your health before symptoms appear. While conventional laboratory tests are invaluable for diagnosing illness, they are not always designed to assess whether your body is performing at its optimal potential.

Previ’s Advanced Laboratory Panel provides a more comprehensive view of your health by evaluating cardiovascular risk, metabolic health, hormonal balance, inflammation, and other biomarkers associated with healthy aging.

The result is a clearer picture of your current health status, your future risks, and the personalized opportunities available to help you age better, stay active longer, and maintain your quality of life.

How it works

A comprehensive biological picture, built from four panels

Cardiovascular Risk. Heart disease often develops silently over many years before symptoms appear. This panel provides a deeper assessment of cardiovascular health by evaluating advanced biomarkers associated with arterial health and long-term cardiovascular risk, helping identify potential concerns that may not be visible through routine cholesterol testing alone. Examples include ApoB, Lipoprotein(a), and advanced lipid markers.

Metabolic Function and Inflammation. Metabolic health influences energy levels, weight regulation, healthy aging, and the risk of chronic disease. This panel evaluates how effectively your body manages blood sugar, energy metabolism, and inflammation, helping detect early signs of metabolic imbalance before they become clinically apparent. Examples include glucose regulation markers and inflammatory biomarkers such as hs-CRP.

Hormonal and Endocrine Function. Hormones play a central role in energy, mood, sleep quality, metabolism, cognitive performance, and healthy aging. This panel assesses key hormonal pathways to identify imbalances that may contribute to fatigue, weight changes, reduced vitality, or other non-specific symptoms. Examples include thyroid hormones, cortisol, and other endocrine markers.

Musculoskeletal and Nutritional Health. Strong muscles, healthy bones, and optimal nutrition are fundamental to maintaining mobility, resilience, and quality of life as we age. This panel evaluates nutritional status and biomarkers related to musculoskeletal health, helping identify deficiencies or imbalances that may affect strength, recovery, bone health, and overall wellbeing. Examples include vitamin D, nutritional biomarkers, and markers related to bone and muscle health.

Organ Function Baseline. A comprehensive assessment of kidney, liver, blood, and electrolyte status provides an important baseline for understanding your current health and monitoring changes over time. These measurements help ensure that key organ systems are functioning optimally and support the interpretation of other longevity-related biomarkers. Examples include blood counts, kidney and liver function tests, electrolytes, and urinalysis.

Who is this for

This panel is recommended if you

Have normal checkup results but still experience fatigue or unexplained symptoms

Suspect early insulin resistance, systemic inflammation, or hormonal imbalance

Are on a longevity protocol and want to track your body's response with objective data

What to expect

A single blood draw. A comprehensive biological picture.

You will need to arrive fasted for 10 to 12 hours before blood collection. Water is permitted throughout the fasting period.

Results are reviewed not against population averages but against optimal functional ranges, and your clinical team will walk you through every finding in a dedicated feedback session.
